편지 및 선물 관련 문의가 많아 통합 안내 드립니다.

[편지 및 선물 전달 안내]

     1. 보내주시는 편지 및 선물은 평일 10시~18시에만 수령 가능합니다.
     2. 별도 문의 없이 아래 주소로 보내주시면 담당 매니지먼트 보관 후 해당 배우에게 전달됩니다. 회사 및 배우가 수령 관련하여 별도로 인증해드리는 것은 불가합니다.
     3. 회사로 방문하여 직접 전달하는 것은 절대 불가하며, 퀵 서비스 혹은 우편/택배 전달만 가능합니다. 착불로 발송하실 경우 반송 및 폐기 처리될 수 있습니다.
     4. 해외에서 선물을 보내시는 경우 세관에 걸릴 수 있는 물품은 전달 불가합니다.

As we frequently receive questions regarding fan letters and gifts, we would like to kindly share the following guidelines to ensure smooth delivery.

[Fan Letter & Gift Delivery Guidelines]

     1. Letters and gifts are accepted on weekdays only, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (KST).
     2. You may send letters and gifts directly to the address listed below without prior contact. 

        The management team will safely store them and deliver them to the respective actor. Please understand that we are unable to provide individual confirmations of receipt.

     3. For safety and security reasons, in-person delivery to the office is not permitted.

        Please use postal mail, courier, or delivery services only. Items sent with cash on delivery (COD) may be returned or discarded.

     4. For international shipments, please note that items restricted or held by customs cannot be accepted or delivered.
